Fault Finding
If you have poor TV recepion or faulty TV cabling - call TV Reception Company. We can test your pictures with our signal test meter.

Satellite Alignment
Whether you have self-installed or wind has blown your satellite dish and you need it re-aligned, or need it aligned to a different satellite, we can provide this service for $50.

Extra TV Outlets
Need a TV outlet in your bedroom, or somewhere else in your house? TV Reception Company can help you. We will check the signals and advise whether it’s possible with the existing system, or if an amplifier is needed before splitting the signal to the other room(s). If you have a Sky TV decoder, and want to be able to watch it in another part of the house, we can set that up too.

Infrared Remoter Extenders
We now stock the ELLIES REMOTE BLASTER, so easy to use and setup. Allows you to change channels in the bedroom from your SkySTB or My-Sky STB in the lounge or where box is located.

Remote IR Sensors
we have a range of remote IR sensors to allow you to control your decoder from the other room. We can supply and fit both wired and wireless systems, for your AV Equipment including Freeview receiver and MySky HDMI receiver , and DVD players.

Insurance Repairs
We often see aerials and mounts that have been damaged in high winds with a repair bill usually in the $150-$250 range. Often these can be repaired or replaced under your insurance, sometimes with no excess. We can give you a (free) quote to get your TV reception back up and working again, which can then be approved and paid by your insurance company. This service is very useful for real-estate or property managers.

Call out charges

TV Reception Company does not charge a call-out fee just to walk through the door. We offer free quotes, and offer a 12 month warranty on all parts and labour. We do have a minimum labour charge of one hour.

As a general rule, we would rather visit you and assess your needs and give you a free quote, rather than making assumptions about the state of things over the phone. Our hourly rate is $50 for normal working hours, Monday to Saturday
